Last week was the 20th edition of Semicon Taiwan. Together with our distributor Schmidt Scientific Taiwan Ltd. (SST), xyztec demonstrated the Sigma bond tester and the Sigma W12, for 300mm wafer testing.
Both bond testers and their automation capabilities drew a lot of attention
