Last week, xyztec held its yearly Asian sales and service training in Bangkok. During the well attended intensive three day event, we focused on achieving an optimal level of knowledge to provide our customers with the best support at all times.
Sales and service training 2016 in Bangkok
Distributors from Greater China, Japan and the rest of Asia Pacific were present at the successful event in Bangkok. Every participant got a xyztec shirt with the event’s manga mascot called Semi on the back.
Especially the market-leading 12 inch wafer tester W12 combined with EFEM was an important part of the training. Also various sales skills and ways to keep up with the growing demand for xyztec bond testers were discussed. At the end of the week, an exam was taken.
