Experience an enhanced interface for our new USB vision cameras, including improved auto-focus capabilities.
New SECS/GEM solution
The future-proof SECS/GEM implementation is compatible with GEM300 and guarantees streamlined communication and data exchange with your manufacturing equipment.
OCR scanning module
Leverage the power of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to read text using the camera. This feature is part of our image processing. Software 5.17 enables the camera to capture an image during automation and process it to extract the text within and use this as input in a form.
Loadport support
Integrate a bond tester seamlessly into your product line with a Loadport. It enables automatic top- and front-carrier loading and supports various loading methods, including Over Head Transport (OHT), Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), and manual loading. Communication is established through Semi E84.
Automatic grading
Save time and improve efficiency with the new auto grading feature. Utilizing a deep learning network, the bond tester can automatically determine failure modes of measurements by analyzing test result images.
Loop height measurement
The advanced loop height measurement feature can find the surface with PID and achieves more precise measurements of the distance between the surface or substrate and the wire.

Experience a simplified and faster process for creating accurate table maps with our new wizard. Enjoy a better user experience while ensuring precise table mapping.
SPC export formatter
The export editor enables flexible field import and export. Customize the export to match the requirements of your EFEM wafer handler, including additional parameters such as Wafer ID, Lot lD Foup ID, or Slot ID. Enjoy greater flexibility and adaptability.
Support auto-adjustable strip work holder
Automatic length and width adjustment for loading lead frames ensures fast and efficient handling of lead frames of different lengths and widths. Say goodbye to manual adjustments and enjoy a seamless loading experience with a Sigma MAG for lead frames up to 100×240 mm.

Program the start of an automation from inside another automation, allowing for more complex and automated testing sequences.
QR code scanner
Seamlessly extract and process 1D barcodes and 2D data codes (QR codes) using our advanced image processing engine. Capture images during automation and use the scanned data as input for our customizable forms.
Focus area for fiducials

Image processing software version 20.11
Image processing users must have image processing software version 20.11 to take full advantage of software version 5.17. If you currently use an older version than 20.11, we recommend purchasing image processing software version 20.11 for seamless integration with our software 5.17. Please note that image processing version 20.11 is a separate software and is not provided free of charge.
SECS/GEM
For seamless integration with software 5.17, we strongly advise obtaining a new license if you currently use SECS/GEM in version 5.16. Future software versions will support the new SECS/GEM version with GEM300.
