This year, for the first time, Sales & Service Training in Bangkok was held at the luxurious INNSide by Melia Bangkok Sukhumvit; the event attracted 45 participants, including representatives from xyztec’s distribution companies across Asia.
Distributors from China, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and the Philippines gathered on April 24th and 25th for two intensive days of learning and collaboration. Twelve delegates from xyztec branches in Thailand, Taiwan, the Netherlands, and Germany attended.
The training sessions covered various topics essential for selling and servicing cutting-edge Sigma bond testing systems. Participants engaged in interactive sessions focusing on:
- Basic and advanced automation techniques
- Service protocols and best practices
- Applications and tailored work holder solutions
- Sales and marketing strategies
- Practical sales approaches
An integral part of the training was unveiling the latest addition to the Sigma portfolio: the highly anticipated Sigma W12, designed for 300mm wafer testing. This new addition generated significant interest and excitement among attendees.
Throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss emerging trends, and explore the future of bond testing technology. The atmosphere was enthusiastic as participants were left equipped with new knowledge, fresh perspectives, and renewed energy to drive success in their respective markets.
